The project has a scale of 166 hectares. Developed from the legend of Ngoi Con Ten and Nui Rua, connecting with the famous spiritual cultural areas of Dam Pagoda and Ham Long Pagoda in Bac Ninh. The project is researched to develop harmoniously the water landscape, commercial streets, and cuisine connecting with local performance and ceremony areas.
