On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association and the 3rd National Urban Planning Award Ceremony, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh – Director of the R&D Planning Company and the Association’s leaders had a working session with the Chairman of the National Assembly. Speaking at the meeting of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association on the afternoon of July 19, at the National Assembly House, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue acknowledged the role and contributions of the Association and requested the Association to continue to thoroughly grasp and imbue the Party’s viewpoints and policies on urban planning, management and development; innovating the thinking on urban planning methods, ensuring that urban planning must have a long-term, synchronous and modern vision, taking people and quality of life as the center; Resolutely eliminate the mindset of tenure, the mechanism of asking and giving, and group interests in building, adjusting, and supplementing planning.
