Accordingly, the planning research area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Tien Thang commune and Tam Tien commune, Yen The district, Bac Giang province. The boundary is limited to the north by agricultural and forestry land in Tam Tien commune; to the south by non-public Social Protection Facility No. 9 and the residential area of Tien Trung village, Tien Thang commune; to the east by the residential area of Ho Luong village, Tien Thang commune; to the west by provincial road 294B.
The planning research area is about 414 hectares, with an estimated population of about 1,000-1,500 people. In nature, this is an area for developing a resort urban model, entertainment and combining the Cau Re Lake golf course, Yen The district.
