RnD Planners is the consulting unit for the overall planning of the project area with the goal of creating an integrated area between entertainment activities, tourism services, enjoying Me Linh flower village and a modern sports complex, aiming to attract national and ASEAN-level sports activities.

The plan has harmoniously combined ecological water spaces, entertainment park functions and sports functions. The idea has been highly appreciated by the District People’s Committee, wishing to create a unique and attractive destination in the North of Hanoi for community activities.
