The project is oriented to develop with an integrated model of developing tourism, resort, entertainment, and sports functions in the forest environment of Tam Dao National Park. Construction spaces are oriented in open spaces, developed under the forest canopy.

The development goal is to bring unique areas in tourism activities, diversify types of entertainment, emphasize the ecological spaces of the natural forest in parallel with creating an attraction for tourists to explore, entertain, and relax along Kem stream.
