The planning solution of the project has a close combination between the selection of construction land, space organization and natural frame improvement with sustainable flows. With an area of ​​252 hectares, the project will form functional areas that are very typical for the city such as: Concentrated residential area, ecological residential area with lake view, tourist area, mountain villa area, cultural tourism area. The planning area is a new urban area, a highlight of the northeastern gateway area of ​​Dien Bien city with a central role, with the function of connecting the Dien Bien Phu – Pa Khoang National Tourist Area complex.
