The idea has formed a typical image, a new, modern and unique image for Hanoi capital on the traffic axis connecting with Noi Bai International Airport. The project is a combination of nature conservation, connecting new financial and economic centers with historic Co Loa historical sites of Hanoi. The project was highly appreciated by leaders of Hanoi City and Vietnam Urban Planning Association for its overall concept.
