The idea has formed a unique, new, modern and unique image for Hanoi capital on the traffic axis connecting to Noi Bai International Airport. The project is a combination of nature conservation, connecting new financial and economic centers with historic Co Loa historical sites of Hanoi. The project is highly appreciated by the leaders of Hanoi City and the Vietnam Urban Planning Association for its overall concept.
